Scrappy Sunday is back! In fairness, these are all the pages I've made since the baby was born now two months today(!). It does feel nice to be crafting, even if it is only a little bit now and then. All of these are largely based out of the July and August SC kits as working that way is a bit faster when I'm short on time. Enjoy!
This chair has been in my family for decades. M adored it at one (above) and still does.
Grammie & Granddaddy gave the kids these big bouncy balls for Christmas and M has a great time with hers.
These are somewhat older pictures of B from the summer of 2009. These were from some farm time with fun on the hay bales. Such a sweet little boy face.
This is older still - Brent's family visiting when he was defending his dissertation in 2006! We happened upon these photos the other day and put them right to work.
I haven't scrapbooked B losing his firth tooth, but the story with #2 was even more interesting so it is carefully chronicled here (Hint - he pulled it out himself using a toy bug house?!?).
Last year, we spent a wonderful weekend at a river cabin with the Palfreymans and Wainrights. Fun time in the canoes was only a small part of the the fun! This page was inspired by the Elle's Studio Sketch Thursday and SC "something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue" challenge.
This was the first page I made after E arrived - perhaps not my most creative, but a start. Scrapbooking, as with most things, tends to be one of those things that improves with frequent practice. Here's hoping I sneak in more practice soon!
Side note: I've been doing all this crafting and blogging of late while watching the Olympics so I suspect there will be a bit less of both now that the Olympics are wrapping up :(
