We went to the Doctor for some routine tests on Thursday and got to have a little longer ultrasound with our new little one. The ultrasound facility at OU was much nicer than it had been at GW with a big flat screen and comfortable surroundings. The ultrasound tech was very friendly and gave us plenty of views to look at while she took her measurements. We even got to see the baby sucking its thumb. We didn't really see B duing that in utero which is humorous as he loves his thumb now. The baby was also much wigglier than in our first images. It is weird when I'm at the stage where I can see it moving, but not feel it. All the wiggling did remind me of B though, who was affectinately know as Squirmy McKickpants prior to his arrival.
I'm not sure how much you can see here, but maybe a little for those experienced with ultrasound shots. It is amazing how much bigger the baby is since we say it just two weeks ago. It is so neat that we have all this technology now that lets us get a peek so early of our baby. We probably won't have another ultrasound until March 11th when we find out the gender. Until then we'll just have to imagine and hope all is going well.
