It may be a bit premature to declare victory, but I have to document the occasion. Little Miss M slept through the night for the first time the night following Thanksgiving and has been able to repeat the feat several times since!! This is quite a wonderful development and well-timed as I'm back to the working world and needing to think clearly. Of course the joys of double parenthood dictate that on her second day of sleeping through the night her brother woke up with a cough and needed tending so we didn't quite get the benefit of a full nights sleep. Here is hoping this delightful trend continues!
(Edited - of course last night she didn't sleep "quite" this well. We'll call it a work in progress)

jealous. very, very jealous. i'm trying to shut down the all night buffet, but C isn't getting the hint.
