Ten on Tuesday

As it is only barely still Tuesday, this week's episode of Ten on Tuesday is just going to be other pictures from our days of December so far that haven't be "the" picture of the day, but are still wonderful.

1. Sunday - Grammie & E in his striped overalls.

2.  Kids looking to Grandma for assistance with the Gingerbread House Decorating.

3. It is fairly likely I will use this in a DD entry about advent calendars or a bonus entry about family, but for now, it is just Grandma helping M put her very first charm on her first charm necklace (part of her Advent Calendar).

4.  M meticulously adding candies.

5.  B reviewing his finished project, complete with LEGO Minifigs.

6.  M, in her Christmas skirt, watching Daddy get all the Christmas decorations down from the attic.

7. Corwyn's birthday party.  Here, he is blowing out his candles with some help from his adoring parents.

8.  A picture of Brent, B, and me decorating the tree -- Thanks Tracie for keeping me in the photos.

9.  Book time for Brent and M - part of our nightly rituals.

10.  Things sometimes seem perfect and we might forget it doesn't always work that way on the first try.  Remember today's lovely image of B and Brent putting the star on the tree.  The secret is out - that wasn't the first shot of their first attempt.  Things don't have to be perfect the first time.  We all just keep trying and if you keep looking (and clicking) you'll find that Christmas magic somewhere nearby even if your start falls sometimes while you're looking for it.

I want to make ginger bread houses. That looks like tons of messy fun!
