A Very Pink Bicycle

At very long last, Lady M has her very 1st Bicycle.  

She loves it and picked it all up very quickly.  We maybe don't have the seat height quite right yet, but we're working on it. 

 

 

 

 

So very M.  We did eventually get her to change into her running shoes when her feet were slipping. 

 

Yes, it is, in fact, a Pinkalicious bike :)  I love the details on the gear.

Here she is riding in circles around her Daddy.  (We discovered those cool pink streamers in the little bag on front.  They totally make the experience, I think). 

Just before this she had her first crash. It hurt and looked bad, but we convinced her to hop back on and she fell quickly back in love. She did amazingly well and was going very fast in fun swirly patterns by the time we had to head in.  I am so thrilled for her and can't wait to watch her ride more.  We're hoping she can ride along on my runs sometimes.  She was so happy and worked so hard. We're so very proud of our little lady and her very first bike!

Lil' E definitely approves of evening bike rides and was pretty excited to be left to roam around outside in his PJs well after bed time.
