Happy Halloween!

We had a pretty fun Halloween Eve. B had missed his nap so it was a bit more of a struggle, but I think pretty fun. When Brent got home we sent to his parents house. When we arrived we dressed him up in his costume so he could trick or treat at their house. He didn't really like the Yoda costume or the associated hat so much, but did really like the candy. Strangely, he seemed to really enjoy Milk Duds and could open the box by himself. We had a quick dinner and some treats before heading back to our neighborhood.

At home, we got back in the costume and got ready to explore our neighborhood. There weren't that many people home, but we did make it to four houses which is double last year's total. This year, B did ring some doorbells and enjoyed snacking on his treats between houses. He was a bit less sure about talking to the neighbors. Overall, it was pretty fun and he was very cute. He remains a bit frustrated that he can't eat all the candy still left in our house, but we think that would be a truly scary situation.

Enjoy the pictures!

How cute was he!!! I'm glad he's a good sport about hats (generally speaking). Looks like tons of fun. mom

B looks so adorable!!! My nephew was Darth Vader, so it's good that you weren't trick-or-treating in Bethany, or light sabers would have been flying. :)

(Hi, Abbey's mom! *waves*)

He was a perfect Yoda. How fun it was to have him trick or treat. Bill was in "Grandaddy heaven".
