Searching for Bugs

The boys happened on to a new game recently -- hunting for bugs. B likes to play a little in the field behind our house at the top of the drainage trough. Recently, when running around out there the two of them started looking under rocks and began to find little bugs and worms of all sorts. Be loved this and then, of course, they needed to turn over every rock, dig around with sticks, hold them and giggle at their stores. B "wanted" to hold the bugs but whenever we gave one to him he changed his mind. It was so cute and a beautiful day. After the bug exploration we hung around and enjoyed the day just a bit longer before bathtime. It was a golden moment with all of us together just enjoying a sunny spring day.
